EXPERT BATHWARE – Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility:
The warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. - Proof of Purchase Requirement:
To avail warranty services, customers must present the original invoice and warranty card to the authorized service personnel. Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase. Please retain these documents for future reference. - Repair Logistics:
For customers without access to an authorized EXPERT service center, warranty claims beyond the initial 30-day return window require the product to be shipped to the company’s warehouse. The customer bears the one-way courier cost. - Cost Coverage by EXPERT:
EXPERT will cover all other costs related to the repair or replacement, including labor, spare parts, and return shipping to the customer. - Exclusions from Coverage:
This warranty does not cover damage due to:- Negligence, misuse, or abuse
- Improper or careless installation
- Accidents or exposure to corrosive substances
- Mineral deposits or hard water effects
- Alteration or failure to follow installation/maintenance guidelines
- Use of abrasive materials such as bleach, ammonia, steel wool, or wire brushes
- Installation & Removal Costs:
Labor costs for uninstalling and reinstalling the product, as well as indirect losses such as property damage or loss of use, are not covered. - Retention of Replaced Parts:
EXPERT and its authorized service centers reserve the right to retain any replaced parts at their discretion. - Replacement Parts:
Replacements may be made using new or equivalent components at EXPERT’s discretion. - Invalidation of Warranty:
The warranty becomes void if:- The product is damaged
- Repairs are performed by unauthorized personnel
- Customer misuse is confirmed by our service team
In such cases, service will be chargeable based on current part prices.
- Replacement Policy:
Replacement of the unit or parts is at EXPERT’s sole discretion. If a model is discontinued, a comparable model of similar value at the time of purchase may be provided. - Color Variation Disclaimer:
EXPERT does not guarantee color matching for replaced internal/external parts. Any additional matching components requested will be chargeable. - Repair Timelines:
While EXPERT strives for prompt service, no fixed repair time is guaranteed. - Limitation of Liability:
EXPERT is not liable for any injury, loss of property, or life resulting from product use or malfunction. Liability is limited to repair or replacement during the warranty period. - Demonstration & Assembly:
These services are not covered under warranty. - Non-Warranted Components:
Items such as washers, rubber parts, springs, and other plastic components are excluded from warranty coverage. - Accessories:
Additional accessories are not covered. After one year, any repair not related to manufacturing defects will be charged per standard rates. - Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties must attempt mediation before initiating legal or arbitration proceedings. - Jurisdiction:
All legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India. - Installation Advisory:
Customers must ensure pipelines are properly flushed and cleaned before installing new faucets. - RO Waste Disposal Advisory:
Do not dispose of RO (Reverse Osmosis) reject water through regular sinks or waste pipes, as it may cause corrosion. Direct draining into designated outlets is advised. - COD Orders (Large Quantities):
For large Cash on Delivery orders, our CRM team may request a nominal advance as order confirmation. This amount is refundable upon delivery.

VOID CONDITIONS
The warranty shall be deemed void under the following circumstances:
- Lack of Documentation:
Failure to provide the original invoice and warranty card during service will result in chargeable repairs as per current labor and parts rates. - Improper Installation/Usage:
If the product is not used or installed as per the provided manual. - Unsuitable Site Conditions:
Installation sites that do not meet the product’s recommended operating environment. - Customer Negligence:
Damage caused by mishandling, tampering, unauthorized repairs, or neglect, as determined by EXPERT. - Corrosion Due to Hard Water:
Rust or corrosion of stainless steel due to hard water or toxic gases is not covered. Use of 304-Grade Stainless Steel is recommended for better resistance. - Uncontrollable External Factors:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Acts of God
- Use of incompatible third-party components
- Contact with chemicals or acids
- Pest-related damage (rodents, insects, etc.)
- Use of products from unauthorized dealers
- RO Water Impact:
Rusting or corrosion from consistent contact with RO reject water is not covered. - Expiry of Warranty Term:
The warranty ends automatically upon expiry, regardless of whether the product was used during the period. Only this warranty document is applicable for EXPERT products sold in India.
