I. Return & Exchange Within 30 Days
Customers may return or exchange any EXPERT kitchen and bathroom fittings within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Complete Accessories: All accompanying parts and accessories must be returned.
- Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt or invoice must be provided.
- Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting the above criteria may be declined for return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Improper Installation: Products damaged due to incorrect installation.
- Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from mishandling, improper usage, or abuse.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Cosmetic Damage: Superficial imperfections such as scratches or dents that do not affect product functionality.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration due to regular usage over time.
II. Return & Exchange During Warranty Period
For products returned or exchanged under warranty:
- Warranty Terms: Returns and exchanges will be governed by the terms outlined in the EXPERT BATHWARE Warranty Policy.
- Repair or Replacement: Based on warranty eligibility, products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged.
- Warranty Claim Process: Customers must adhere to the warranty claim procedure, which includes submitting valid proof of purchase and fulfilling the conditions specified in the warranty.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. Damage caused by external factors is not covered.
