RETURN POLICY
- 30-Day Easy Returns: EXPERT BATHWARE offers a hassle-free return policy valid for 30 days from the date of invoice. All products are eligible under this policy with no questions asked.
- Damaged or Tampered Packages: We ensure all orders are securely and safely packaged. If you suspect any tampering or damage upon delivery, please contact our Customer Support at expertbathware+help@gmail.com. Kindly ensure you record a video while unboxing the product, as this will assist in validating your claim.
- Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received: In case you receive an email or SMS confirming delivery, but you have not actually received the order, please notify our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation message.
- Return Request Timeline: All return requests will be processed within 10 days from the date of submission. For assistance, please reach out to EXPERT BATHWARE Customer Support.
- Third-Party Platform Purchases: Products purchased via platforms other than the official EXPERT BATHWARE website are subject to the return policies of the respective platforms, not EXPERT BATHWARE.
- Non-Returnable Custom Orders: Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customizations include, but are not limited to:
- Matte Finish Kitchen Sinks
- Center Hole in Shower Drain Channels
- Matte Finish Floor Drains
- Tap or RO Holes in Kitchen Sinks
- Colored/PVD Coatings on Floor or Shower Drain Channels
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a return.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
- For purchases made via Cash-on-Delivery (COD), refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account. Our Customer Support team will collect your banking details once the return request is approved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement via your EXPERT BATHWARE account.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may initiate a return as per our return policy.
